About us

Code of Conduct

Preamble

This Code of Conduct applies to all employees and to everyone involved in projects, such as freelancers, service providers and partners of BRAND CONCEPTS and Creating Bonds. It sets out the binding principles of how we act together and contains our mission statement:

“Increasing the company’s success is a goal shared by all employees; each of them takes responsibility for it in their own area.”

This code is the foundation of the corporate culture of BRAND CONCEPTS and Creating Bonds.

Values and basic principles

  • We work according to the “one team” principle: responsibly, proactively, respectfully and appreciatively.

How we treat each other

  • We address mistakes and criticism directly, openly and as equals, and we always stay focused on solutions.
  • We are a “learning agency”: we use development opportunities such as AI, new technologies and our clients’ needs to keep improving and growing.
  • In German we use gender-appropriate language: the generic form (e.g. “Kunden”) and, wherever a gender-neutral word is available, that word (e.g. “Teilnehmende”, “Mitarbeitende”).
  • We respect the diversity of our employees. Decisions in the work context are based exclusively on qualifications, performance and conduct. Racist, religious or origin-based attributions must not lead to disadvantages, either directly or indirectly.

Legal and regulatory compliance

  • We act as service providers towards our clients and solve their tasks, needs and problems. We act objectively in doing so.
  • Projects that endanger peace in the workplace and/or the health of BRAND CONCEPTS and Creating Bonds employees are reviewed immediately and carefully with regard to their continuation or termination.
  • We comply with applicable laws, internal guidelines such as job profiles, and ethical standards.

Handling information

  • We do not talk about our clients or our confidential business activities in public. Handling information from our working life responsibly is a matter of course for us.
