Accessibility statement

BRAND CONCEPTS GmbH wants everyone to be able to use its website brandconcepts.de – regardless of disabilities, device or assistive technology. This statement describes how far we have achieved this and where limitations remain.

Standard

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA, as our target for the ongoing development of this website.

Accessibility status

We are working towards making this website accessible in accordance with WCAG level AA. A full conformance assessment has not yet been completed.

On 28 October 2026, the technical structure of the German and English pages was reviewed again, including checks with axe-core. A renewed browser review of layout, contrast and complete keyboard operation is still pending.

What we do

  • Skip links to the main content and to the footer at the top of every page
  • Keyboard operation of all links, menus, expandable sections and forms, with a clearly visible focus indicator
  • A clear structure with page regions and headings
  • Text alternatives for informative images; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers
  • Sufficient contrast between text and background
  • Forms with labels, marked mandatory fields and understandable messages
  • A “Pause animations” button at the top of the page (when using a keyboard) and in the footer; it stops marquees, sliders and background animations and remembers your choice
  • If “reduce motion” is enabled in your operating system, the website automatically does without animations
  • A layout that adapts to screen size and zoom
  • Language markup so that screen readers read German and English correctly

Known limitations

  • We do not currently offer content in Easy Language or German Sign Language.
  • The English privacy policy is a translation; the German version is authoritative.
  • We cannot take responsibility for the accessibility of other providers’ websites that we link to.
